[Resolved] IFB Industries — Service Engineer claiming Service Charge between the warranty period | |||||
I had purchased one AC on 14.04.2016 and company representative installed on 16.04.2016. I have taken only two free services but one was balance.After confirmation from the company's customer care dept. I have lodged a service request to get that free service & getting one token (No-[protected]) and the executive confirm me that as I put the request within the active period, no charge will be paid by customer side as a service charge. But, today the service engineer called me and claim of Rs 575/- as service charge, then only he will come, because the date is 17th as my one year completed.
