[Resolved] IFB Industries — Service Technician mistake not rectified for more than a month

Service representative replaced the mother board and from then it's been a week and the washing machine is no more working. I am talking everyday to customer care and they are mentioning that it will be escalated and even their escalations are not addressed. I am not sure if IFB knows what escalation means. We have a baby at home at it is necessary to use washing machine every day. Service is horrible, service technician are the worst. I can may be run a campaign for people to stop buying the product
