IFB Industries — technician is not picking up the call and too much of delay in the service (please take action on the service centre)

Almost 1week (13th october 2019) before purchased new ifb washing (Senorita wx 6.5kg) machine from ifb dealer and same day ticket raised for technician assistant required to install and required demo of washing machine usage.
Every day i called ifb service centre in dharmapuri and hr service person told the case is already assigned and technician will come within 8 hrs to resolve. Till now no technician coming to my home and when i give a call to tecnician mobile number is not picking up the call, i am totally frustrated the service engineer is not properly respond and not giving service to the customer. One or two service centre will spoil the company name and reputation. Please take immediate action on the service centre.
