I lodged a complaint for servicing my out of order elina dx 505 kgfront load washing machine on 27/04/2018 my complaint is not yet resolved although 7 day's elapsed and your technician came on 30/04/2018. He told me that the motor is to be replaced but till date my machine is not serviced. I think your customer service is of very bad quality. Customer service is of very bad quality.
I have IFB VX 6 KG washing machine. Getting P 10 error code in display and beeping continously. Please let me know is this due to power issue or need to reset.
