[Resolved] IFB Industries — trolley | |||
Dear sir/madam plz note i had purchased ifb trolley for my 6.5 kg washing machine. Its not been a year it has damaged and because of that there is so much vibration in my machine, i am afraid will cause damage to my machine i have requested for replacement but they answered "there is no warranty in accessories". I am ok with it if there is no warranty. But than you can not force me to buy only ifb trolley for my machine. I can use any other trolley because i can't and i don't want to buy ifb trolley every year. So please either replace or repair my trolley or allow me to buy any other trolley. Money was taken from for the faulty part but not replaced yet. It has been 4 weeks. Never seen a worse service than this. Will go legally soon. It was not a small amount. They never attend the call. Even the senior engineer never attends the call. Hate this service. Please never buy any product of this brand. Big time cheaters they are
