[Resolved] IFB Industries — Unfair service charge and spare part replacement cost

Our washing machine's door lock has been compromised. For a replacement, we've contacted local IFB Authorised service center which is SRI TIRUMALA SERVICES. The breakdown of the charge is as below
DOOR LOCK - 1250/-
SERVICE CHARGE - 590/-
I tried to contact the customer care numbers available on the official website "ifbappliances.com" but it resulted out that those numbers didn't exist. I would really like to know why door lock costs 1250rs when it is available for 520rs on an e-commerce website. I would also like to know why the service charge is 590rs and not any less, since the work has been done is very very minimal. I request to know why it costs so much to replace a spare part?

The people from IFB has contacted me and addressed the issue. The revised cost for door lock is 320 rupees only and service is same as before. Thanks for everyone who has helped in resolving this issue.
