I bought ifb washing machine on 28 aug 2018, it started giving problem from first day of installation. The service center executive (Rahul) who installed it was more of a salesman then a technician as he was trying to sell lot of things. When he stopped taking our calls we registered a complaint to ifb service center on 18 sep, 24 sep, 25 sep, 26 sep, 30 sep, 1 oct and 4 oct 2018. Complaint reference number is [protected]. I am writing here to not repair or replace with other ifb machine, i am writing here so that ifb just picks there machine from here and i get some other brand from the seller. It was a terrible experience with ifb in india i just want to end it here.

Our washing is not working since two week. We already complaint local office kalpetta but we didnt get any service from there. And the local office responding irresponsible. So please take action for same
