[Resolved] IFB Industries — washing machine door lock

When i lodged a complaint regarding my washing machine, they once came and detected the problem to be with the door lock and returned promising to replace it within 2 days. Its almost one month, every alternate day i call them, but every time they make a false promise of repairing it within 2 days. Don't know where to go.
