I have bought IFB washing machine and and disappointed with the service they provide. They are totally irresponsible people. Every time i call customer care service, they say they will escalate the matter, but obviously nothing happens. fed up of calling customer care service. i have booked 1st complaint on feb 8th . till now the problem hasnt been sorted. the technician who comes also is so inefficient, he cant identify the problem.such a worst experience with IFB. very interesting to realise such a big company maintains poor services for customers. you must know that customers are not fools.
