I have a washing model mentioned above. I have been using this machine from past 8 yrs. Now there was a problem and raise a complaint with customer care and they have sent the technician he came saw and repaired it but in course of repairing he disturbed the door and needs to be replaced, i told ok do it he charged me some 450/- rupees and again within 10 days there was a problem with the door i called the customer-care and this time he told the inside rim is gone, he replaced and charged me Rs. 350/ and again the machine was not fine i called he charged me service charge Rs. 480. All these technicians were from M/s HARI SUSHMA SERVICES ( AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE FOR IFB)
Here i want to mention that iam really fedup calling your customer care centre My machine is still not working and nobody is attending to it inspite of reminders over phone to Hari sushma services several times. This kind of service is not expected or accepted from company like IFB. Hence i request you to address my problem on priority.
