[Resolved] IFB Industries — washing machine installation and demonstration service not provided | |||
I bought a washing machine from fbi website and they delivered the machine on 05/09/2018. Next day on 06/09/2011 i booked ticket for intslation and demonstrations through customer care. Ticket no. Is [protected]. They assured that demonstration and instalation service provided within 24 hour. But no technician come for the service after 3 days. Worst customer servie. I am using 23cs3 micro wave. Suddenly when I turn it on it is giving electric shocks.
Raised complaints several times but no response from ifb's end.
Can someone attend it ASAP as it's a risk for my family
