IFB Industries — washing machine is not working

I have DIVA washing machine and it is under AMC. It is not functioning and the local (Nellore) service centre is not responding. The washing machine is not running. The rotating drum is vibrating and is giving big noise when it is switched on.

Updated by SV Subba Rao We have AMC which was taken 04.08.2017 vide receipt no. 894 dated 04.08.2017 with IFB authorized service centre, Nellore. The machine is down for the past 2 weeks and no response from the above service centre.
