I have lodged a complaint over phone for male functioning of my ifb wahing machine senorita aqua sx and accordingly got complaint tkt [protected]. But even after expiry of 4 days against this tkt number, i am yet to receive any service from your service engineer. Kindly look into the matter seriously and depute your service engineer immediately to my residence at the following address.
