[Resolved] IFB Industries — Washing machine not properly working

I have made complaint several times since dec 29 2016. Represented visited knew the problem but not ready to solve it. The machine is under warranty period. Either solve the problem or let us know that you are not going to solve in warranty period. So that we can take some action and move to some other authority to solve it. We just receive calls from ur side that representative will come and solve it. But no one turns up. I have placed complaint 6 to 8 times. But no response is there.
I request you to kindly take it seriously n solve the problem.
