[Resolved]  IFB Industries — washing machine repair support

Hi,

My registered phone number [protected] in name of vishnu k j, bangalore.

Registered a complaint regarding washing machine servicing issue since 9th august.

Following are the ticket number

1. [protected] 9th august
2.[protected] 13th august
3. [protected] 16th august
4. [protected] 21st august

After all above complaint details, 2 technician came to attend this issue and went back by saying will come back with required instruments to clear the same. But none of them turned up and not even picking the phone calls.

We really need a help to solve this issue from ifb as we are under warranty.

And not expecting similar way approach to a customer by poor service.

If no action is done shortly with regards of this issue we have to move legally for the penality.
