[Resolved] IFB Industries — washing machine senorita aqua sx/vx 6.5 kg
My complaint number [protected] dated dec15th.
It started with an issue the my washing machine was showing some error. I called up to the customer care to register complaint on 15th of december and an engineer came on 17th of december. The engineer the mother board is dead. With all difficulties i got it resolved in the month of jan. A day the issue solved next machine started shaking horribly and was making huge noise, again with n number of calls to customer care and pradeep enterprises service engineer came after a small boy who must be around 19 named elango came to attend the problem. I was surprised and he said that there is an issue with the tamper and that needs replacement and he said he will visit next day with the spare. He came and attended the problem after making call to customer care and mr kotteswar who is suppose to be higher official in the so called pradeep enterprises. (Note:elango has replaced only one side of the tamper and left the other side). The next day the same problem appeared again i have to fight with customer care and pradeep enterprises to get things fixed. This time it was drum problem and i took 4 days to get replaced. The replacement again had an issue and i have to call the customer care and write emails to them stating about the condition of this machine and an engineer named manikandan turned up. Within dec15th to may 4 i have been facing issues with this piece of junk. I totally lost my patience on frequently writing and calling to them. I have all the emails and calls recorded also the videos of the machine during the process of washing. I am done with this machine and i wanna forward a complaint in the consumer court. I am very famous with pradeep enterprises. With all the struggle i have decided not to recommand this washing machine for any of them nor i would never invest in this companies line of products. Last time i made a complaint, i received and sms stating that it has been solved and i replied to that sms as no but still no call back or an follow up on the same. What i learnt from this company is that they are trying to push their products i paid 1850 like once in 4 months but no use of the same. As i read here there is no proper service during the warrenty period itself and i am wondering how am i gonna suffer with this for rest of the time. Today i am so bugged up with this machine because its again having the same issue i writing this email at 1'0 clock.
