[Resolved] IFB Industries — Washing machine stop working

My ifb washing machine not working from three weeks. Within in three weeks i call ifb customer care[protected] three time. Every time they reply tomorrow company technician will come and solve your problem. But till now no one come to see my machine. My machine is under warranty. Ifb is provide worst customer service to his customer.
Main problem of my washing machine is that machine take water one time and drain one time. After that not take water. Stop.
O please send any one to check my machine and solve my machine problem.

today mechanic visit and repair my machine. this mechanic is very good. this mechanic who repair my washing machine is sikar(rajasthan) area mechenic . but nagour (rajasthan) area mechanic is number one layer of the world. first time when we call him he tell he will come tomorrow.he not come. after that we call him he not attend the phone.nagaur area mechenic call to sikar(rajasthan) area mechanic to come my house and see my machine. and he tell to sikar area mechenic that we not attend his phone. even he not call us. i many time call nagour area mechenic he not attend phone. nagour area mechenic is very layer thank you for repair my washing machine
