Got compalined reg on 29th jan, nothing happenned till now, the franchise took the machine to change the drum, now everyday give one excuse over another.
Quite frustrated with the company.
Kindly return the amc amount if not capable to give proper service along with the machine.
Would not buy in future with such a pathetic after sales

pl close the company, useless peoples

Pathetic service from IFB Washing Machine...Lodged a complain 4 weeks back..complain number - [protected](Bangalore Location)..nobody is responding...Called so many times but service center ppl are intentionally not picking my phone
