[Resolved] IFB Industries — washing machine warranty (double charges) and continuous harassment | |||
Hello, I had taken a two year amc with ifb for my washing machine (Registered phone no : [protected]) during 2018 december and it is valid through december 2020. Meanwhile one of ifb representatives came to my home (I was traveling that time) and told that warranty had expired (During july last year 2019) and made me take another amc (Valid from july 2019 to july 2020). I had already sent a note to ifb during 8th june asking to reconcile my double amc charges and instead extend my current warranty by one more year. There has been no response to my email. I have also clarified to one of your ifb executives (I contacted them through contact center) that there is an issue with the machine name as it was wrongly mentioned in the july 2019 contract. In addition - i am getting calls everyday from ifb to renew my contract again as it has expired. I am absolutely frustrated with how ifb is behaving and letting their people double charge customers on amc taking undue advantage of the fact that people may not remember suddenly if someone calls and tells you that amc is expiring.
