[Resolved] IFB Industries — wrongly charged and worst customer service | |||
I was charged 1150 rs for a part of microwave convection and 350 rs service charge. I received a message from ifb that you have not been charged anything for the spare part. I complaint against that and i explained the customer care everything. I asked to register the complaint but since it is not a technical issue now, i do not want the engineer to handle this complaint. Even after specifying that they did the same and the same engineer called me who wrongly charged me. This is worst customer service. My complaint is still not resolved and no one cares to even follow up with the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi Team I am really so much disappointed in after sale service from IFB. I hav raised online complaint for my washing machine service but people just note down your complain here and sit dumb and giving false commitment for visiting. Team it's really not gud and hampering company status please kindly take severe action.
