[Resolved]  IFB — My Complaint is Not Attended

Dear Sir, My Permanent Consumer Code is 10674914 & AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) No. 288643 Dt. 11/6/14, and I made a complaint to your call centre on helpline no 39004321 for my washing machine 1.) Running Noisily 2.) Faulty Programming on 8/8/14 vide ticket no 13524410, consequently IFB Representative, Mr Rajesh Telephone No. [protected] visited and inspected the machine on 9/8/14 and assured that the problem would be rectified by 11/8/14 or 12/8/14. When nobody came to repair the washing machine I called up the IFB Call Centre on 13/8/14 twice but still nobody turned up to repair the washing machine in question. Please make use of your good offices to facilitate repair of my machine at the earliest to avoid further inconvenience to me. My registered mobile no is [protected].
