[Resolved] IFB — new washing machine not properly functioning | |||
I have recently purchased a washing machine of IFB nearby two months ago from Sanket India Junagadh. there is two years of warranty. Now, just within two months it is not functioning well. I have complained by numerous phone calls in the company, still they are not taking any actions and not giving response in time. Same problem occurred second time during the week. When we start air dry option first it is showing estimated time and it immediately jump to wash mode automatically. We didn't even get single servicing for our product. Servicing people closed them without informing us.
