[Resolved] IFB — no redressal to complaints regarding refrigerators | |||
A complaint was lodged on 2nd of July in an IFB authorized dealership regarding a broken part of my refrigerator. I was assured a redressal within two working days. I was contacted by the representative and was promised a specific time thrice within the past week but he never showed up. On the 9th of July, I again called the representative. Instead of being apologetic, he started behaving rather rudely and then passed the call to someone who he said "handle the complaints". His name was Musharraf. he, also behaving unapologetically, said he would visit tomorrow. When I asked him to lodge another complaint against the representative, he refused. When I said I am going to write about such behavior, he tauntingly said - 'you do whatever you want to do' Such behavior was totally unexpected from a reputed company like IFB and strict actions should be taken against the persons concerned.
