[Resolved] IFB — non compliance of third service as due | |||
With deep dissatisfaction I wish to raise the issue of service provided by the firm. My 1.5 ton ac which was procured an year ago has always given me problems starting from service issues as well as leaking problem. The services have always been faulty and never in time. The last service as due by me was requested well in advance but till date no one came for service. I get an message on 23 May that I was unable to be contacted. Again within two days I get a call from Chandigarh agency that mechanic being sent soon. When no one came I requested again today and I was told that my warranty has expired and it will now require me to pay the visiting charges. Absolutely irresponsible.
