Dear IFB,
Verdict : IFB service is completely unprofessional, unethical and
worst..worst..worst..worst...
I would not buy any IFB applicances in my lifetime(even if i get for free!!!)
Disclaimer : My intension is not to influence anybody. This is true painful story with IFB
service i have been experiencing since 14.09.2014
Complaint Number : Ticket 13790502
I have registered complaint on 14.09.2014. After so many follows up with IFB call center, they
directly provided bangalore agency contact number. Again after so many follows up, service
people visited home and verified the machine and noted down parts to be replaced.
Funny part is, these so called service guys more than service guys, i would call sales guys.
Because instead of servicing, they tried to sell AMC(Annual Maintanance Contract and some
items.
Then they said, spare parts needs to be ordered, once they recieve they come and fix. again
after so many follow ups they said they will come on 24.09.2014. 3 days they dragged saying,
they come in the morning, afternoon, evening, rain, bla bla bla
Unfortunately i was out of station from 27.09.2014 to 30.09.2014 and returned on 01.10. 2014
and again called them. Again 2 days dragged saying some reason.
Funny part again is, they called me on 02.10.2014 and said, spare parts they recieved is
wrong, so they are re-ordering.
Today 10.10.2014. Till now they are saying spare parts have not come.
If we order something online, we get on the same day. But in IFB to get spare part from Goa,
they need 10 days. You can imagine the customer priority, service KPI with IFB.
Now, you can think of IFB Buy or NOT!!!
If anybody from IFB is ALIVE and can respond to customer concerns, please reach out to me
ASAP.
