[Resolved] IFB — regarding microwave oven not working - no response from ifb

I raised a complaint in 1st week of july 2018 that my ifb microwave oven is not working, technician has replaced a part in it by charging rs. 2800. And even after that, this product is not working.

I raised nearly 10 complaints after this, tickets gets into pending status and moves to cancellation by service centres. No response from anybody regarding this issue. From service centre, two contact names has been shared to me - nisha and bala, but nobody is picking up the call at anytime.

I didnt expected this kind of irresponsibile behaviour from a branded company like ifb. This has totally made me upset.

Updated by RajiniBai Can you please get back to me as early as possible, since I am facing this issue for the past 2.5 months. Service centres are automatically updating my tickets without even calling the customers.This kind of behaviour has made me very upset.
