[Resolved]  IFB — smoke problem not resolved for 4 times.

I have purchased senorita aqua sx 6 kg in 2014, till 3 year no technician visited for general service and in 2018 i faced issue of current passing in door, at that time i made a complaint to customer care, at that time they provided good service, but after the service my machine is continously having this or another problem in a month.

Whenever complaint is done and technician visits, they tell me that as you are not using ifb washing liquid that’s why your machine is facing problem orelse there is no problem in machine. The only problem is i used other brands liquid. My question is why it was not told to me at time of purchasing that i have to use only & only ifb products.

In last year i made complaint 3 times for facing smoke issue, every time sr. Technician (Mr. Sandeep sharma) came and told me the same ifb liquid issue. Orelse machine is working properly, no problem for smoke.

And now as my warranty is completed november 2018 and 4 days ago i again faced smoke problem. Now mr. Sandeep is telling me that as you are not using ifb liquid your drum has been damaged and you will have to change the drum and for changing drum cost is rs.6500.

In november 2018 only i had made 4th time complaint for smoke, at that time also he told there is no issue you can use machine. Suddenly in january 2019 when faced same issue (4 days ago) now he telling me to change the drum. How can a sr. Level technician can’t rectify the problem when same problem complaint was registered 3 times ago also.

And now they are not at all responding for my complaint. My machine is not working at all.

My Complaint no. is [protected] on 2nd feb, Registered No.[protected], Akshar chowk, Baroda.

i had registered this Complaint no. is [protected] on 2nd feb, even on 4th feb i again registered complaint as 2nd feb's complaint's was cancelled.
i am continuously doing calls on customer care center for the same.

i have even written mail on [protected]@ifbglobal.com, i am receiving only calls from their end, no action is be taken on this.
every alternate i just receive call from different person's and everyone reply same i.e. we will look in the matter and soon revert you.

i am also sending reminders through mail but still no action is been taken.
