[Resolved] IFB — tl sdg-9-5kg-aqua not delivered | |
Placed and order with ifb point yeshwantpur 2 weeks before, they delivered a damaged product and had requested for a replacement with a change of model as it was anyways getting replaced. Its been 2 week and they are not sure yet when they will deliver. Further, i had an ifb machine previously which i had raised a service request. It took them 3 months to find out that the part that is to be replaced is no longer available. Ifb used to be good, but the management is asleep and basking in the previous glory.
