[Resolved]  IFB — VERY VERY IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR OF THE COMPANY

my customer id is10791732.my washing machine is not working since more than 3 weeks now.made several complaints to the customer care n to the service center.even talked several times to the manager .every time a new person comes on the phone n just keeps passing the buck.they say the parts are coming from the company.they are all big liars.they dont want to do any work.either they are overworked or very lazy guys at the service center.if the company dosent take immediate action the constomers will have to take strict actions against the company.cos we have invested thousands of our hard earned money in your appliances and i[censored] cannot provide service to us u should take responsibility of it. a very very very dis satisfied customer.
