[Resolved] IFB — washing machine problem

According to the agreement that was signed(AMC), IFB has to provide services for the agreement period of one year for the washing machine but they are just showing a deaf ear to our complaints. The service providers are just switching or rejecting our calls in order to avoid our complaints, it's disgusting. I hope this complaint would bring pressure on IFB.

Updated by Sri ram Gundavarapu Service providers checked the machine and left saying that new parts are required, but even after 2 weeks they never responded to us. They are just rejecting our calls.
