[Resolved] IFB — washing machine service under warranty period | |||
My IFB washing machine (under warranty period ) broke down. The service rep. replaced below parts as he claimed were faulty: A) 2 Load sensor rods : charged me Rs. 1750/- (earlier quoted as Rs.4400/- was reduced as I complained).He carried back the pieces – not even sure how he could infer that they were bad as the belt was broken. The machine vibrates even now belt - charged Rs 850/- The motor pump plastic part was replaced for free. The services person carried back the motor, the belt as well as both sensors Is this in order ? are not all the parts replaced free ?
