Date of Accident : 18/09/2018 Communication over Phone : 01/10/2017 Policy No: M3032800 Claim Number : 1-UNAVZDX Unfortunately I met with an accident on the same day when the IFFCO TOKIO policy inception (start) date i.e. 18/09/2018 and just because of this I am struggling badly to approve the claim, I didn't wanted to get into any mess so I immediate called police emergency number 100 and also intimated the incident to IFFCO TOKIO customer care on the same day. I am attaching my call history screen shot of 18th Sept 2018 also for ready reference. Since I have purchased this car and I have always opt for zero depreciation comprehensive policy by paying higher premium so that I feel safe and peaceful, but now when I need support from the insurance company, I am struggling like anything. I am very very disappointed with the behave of surveyor, I had word with him over phone on through customer care call, His name is Mr. Satish. He is literally mentally harassing me by blaming, that I am lying on everything about the accident. I found myself completely helpless. There are n number of times while talking he is trying to convey me that I am liar, cheater etc etc. He is just stealing my pride/respect. The approval I got is just for name sake, and this approval the Surveyor is not giving me my right, it's like he is doing some favor to me. He was giving me warning, that he will reject the claim completely. Is that How Iffco Tokio, treats its customer? In between the call, He was claiming, Accident didn't happened on 18th September, I have given him police emergency number call history of 18th of my phone. I requested him to talk/communicated with police constable who handled this case, on 18th and take the information about the damages happened to my car, on this he started saying that police will favor me as I have some relation with them. it was like on every point he is right and I am wrong. He tried to force me the approval on whatever he has decided, he was not ready to listen on any point. He was claiming I have intentionally not taken claims from my previous insurance companies. I have taken multiple claims every time 2012 to 2014 and next time I have taken claims in[protected].[protected],[protected] was fortunate for me. According to him if a truck hits from right rear side, front glass can't break, until or unless other glasses breaks. Truly speaking, I didn't noticed the glass break at the time of accident, but I noticed it next day in the morning when the crack(2-3 inch from bottom right corner) was propagated to the noticeable state, Between 20th to 25th I drove my car almost 1000 km from Gurgaon to Amritsar and back, in this journey this crack become (15-20 inch). I don't know why other glass didn't break or crack and why front glass got the crack. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have worked for Iffco Tokio General Insurance deputed under Ma-Foi Consultancy (RANDSTAD) since 2007 to 2012. Company working days was 5+2. But we have to work for every saturday including some sunday. I have requested for Iffco Tokio office & also requested to Ma-Foi. But no one is ready to entertain. Still my wages is pending...

I have a bike and insured from iffco tokio.i take a claim at this policy past two month.this policy is not cashless.I paid claim amount rs.38300/- but now i recieved 30000 rs only.this payment is very short .So plz help me.
