Dear Concern,
I am an IFFCO TOKIO motor insurance client of your third class company with third class services, unfortunately I have taken a policy from you for my Innova registration No. HR 60 F 0002 having policy No. 91480416, last month multiple damages (front Bonet & back door / tail light ) occurred in my car and your surveyor ( Kishore Kumar [protected]) is denying to pass the claim and saying this is old damage and we can't pass this, one thing this policy is with you since June 2016, second how can you deny to pass claim.
In December 2016 i have deposited my car for repair, yesterday when I have called surveyor Kishore Kumar he is saying to get this done in cash, what the hell is this?? If I have to get done in cash then tell me why I have taken zero debth policy, one more funny thing happened when I called your Delhi office at[protected], your executive who attended me was rude and very unprofessional and said that this is a fake accident and this damage is old.
Now, Very gently I am requesting you to pass the claim for back light and back Door otherwise I am not going to receive the car as I have paid my full premium to IFFCO TOKIO for Zero Debth.
