IGL — even after payment installation not done

My bp no - [protected]. After payment no body come here for installation, i had received a mail from igl on 1-11-18 that all formalities done from my end i did lots of call on customer care and also did so many reminder call to agents, but still not getting any response from your end, no one come for installation they are say call to another agent. Take it on prior bases.
