I requested for a disconnection of the supply of gas and it’s been 15 days since the team came and dug a hole in front of my house. They haven’t disconnected the connection yet and they aren’t coming to disconnect since 15 days I have been calling them everyday and they aren’t doing a thing. Engineer who is in contact with me is Mr. UTTAM KUMAR and I would like to register a huge complaint against him and his team for ill-treating me and not solving my problem. Please help me and disconnect the connection as soon as possible and action should be taken against UTTAM KUMAR for not picking up my call and ill-treating the customer. I would like to talk to higher authorities for the same. ThankYou
