Igm Services — Fraud Practices of offering fake jobs and looting

Even during these challenging times when the world is struggling to find ways to ‘vaccination’ some miscreants are finding time to ‘fraudulent’ activities
I’m tweeting this so that ppl must get aware, the story begins like this
I’m Also one of those few ppl who lost their jobs during pandemic, have a family to feed, registered myself on Quikr Jobs, got an interesting opportunity where the task seemed very easy of filling 10, 000 Captchas with remuneration promise of rs 30, 000, this was agreed on a telephonic verbal agreement for a period of 11 months
There were no instructions or guidelines provided to complete the task
Still i worked diligently only to realise the given task could never be completed the whole job was a strategic bluffing
After about 13 days one lawyer Sheetal Parekh reached out to me and threatened me to pay 6, 900 /- and if at all i refuse to pay the same there would be legal actions, Company ‘ jurisdiction is Gujarat based so I should simply pay the amount failing which I would be forced to pay an arbitration charge of 50, 000 or the repercussions would be severe
I pose some big questions to the open media here
- How and Why such Job openings are allowed on Quikr?
-Despite the fact that this company (IGM service) has been reported as Fraudster why Quikr is still allowing this content?
-In this country why ‘Mental Harassment’ isn’t a serious subject?
-what’s to be done, should we reach #cyber cells or Police for help ?
