Ignou — assignment marks are not updated on the grade card

Hy i'm himanshu choudhary, program code bca enrollment number [[protected]] i have submitted the assignments of my 1st semester and now i'm giving 2nd semester's exam but still my grade card isn't updated, it shows not completed for all subjects, but i have submitted my 1st semester's assignment properly and i have copy of it too and also receipt.

Please do something for solving this problem, i will be very thankful to you if you solve this...
