Ignou — confirmation of registration not received

I have applied for the course food and nutrition in ignou university for the session july 2017 i have taken admission online for same course as per control no [protected] session: july 2017 i have made payment for the same course by using dabit card of sarsawat bank its been one week now but still i have not received any confirmation regarding registration of course amout is deducted from my saving account i want to know the status of my admission they even have not provided contact of their regional centre of mumbai i am providing you the payment transaction of saraswat bank
