Ignou — failed re-registration and deduction of money

I was doing my re registration for this program. Re-registration got failed but money deducted from the account. The deducted amount is 7200. Kindly help me in doing re-registration for this program and refund the deducted amount as soon as possible.

Dear sir,
My Self JAIPAL SINGH, on 08/01/2020 had made payment of 5300/- through sbi SBI Debit card for the M. A(History) programme. The first transaction made wasn't successful due to network error. The payment for the first showed successful while i did the second transaction in effect i had to loose payment twice.
