[Resolved]  Ignou — Transcript not getting also no one response by phone

With duerespect, I would like inform you that, I had applied for Transcription on 25thin Delhi, Maiden Garhi also deposited my Draft for Transcription and forAttestation of mark sheet and certificate.
And asper the officials there, I came to know, Mr.Bharat is responsible for despatchor mailing letters and all. And I will get it within 10 days, Butunfortunately, I have not received those documents (Transcript and 2sets of Marksheet copy and 2 sets of Certificate copy with attestation)
And I hadtried so many times to call a land phone no[protected], which is providedme an official to know the delivery status. But no one pick the phone and mostof the time, this line was busy. Please doneedful and share me the status asap, as I am waiting for this for applying inabroad.
I am totally depressed when I am trying to contact to the above mentioned phone no, most of the time it is busy or no one picking the call. in the mean time, I am trying to contact all other no .every Dept said, do call to another no. now I dont understand, where should I contact or with whom?
I am belongs to KOLKATA, cant possible to come to Delhi again again. also I had submitted 4 Bank Drafts in favour of IGNOU for 1 TRANSCRIPT And 2 sets of Mark sheet and CERTIFICATEKindly help me to get my above mentioned documents as early as possible.
