Ihmcl Fastag — charge me double rate and charge twice at a time

Dear sir,. Dt-05.12.19
I am traveling from delhi to bareilly, at chajarsi toll booth i have been charged double the amount and charge twice at same time within the interval of 7 minutes. How can it be possible to deduct more amount and charge twice at same toll booth.
So, i request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
