IIFL — Tenor increase without any confirmation and Applied for LOD and Foreclosure document

My loan account no is IL10047948.I have requested for LOD and foreclosure letter which I haven't got from long time .I am regularly following with customer care and no response is given.

The loan amount is approx 30 lakh remaining. And EMI is always paid on time without default.

Worst service from customer care.

If customer is complaint they should track and resolve the issue but they dont do any thing.

The loan amount is approx 27 lakh remaining. And EMI is always paid on time without default.please provide forclosure letter as soon as possible.

Hi Team,

i have raised the request from online portal, requested for call back and trying to reach to customer care but not getting any request if call getting connected customer care is not responding proper they are keeping on hold for long time after that call is disconnecting.

Please provide For closure letter as soon as possible.

If customer is complaint they should track and resolve the issue but they dont do any thing.my request ID is 2210672 which is requested on 24rth april.I have spoke with many IIFL customer care like saloni, murli, Vikash they are raising the request new one behalf of old Ticket 2371258, 2371537 and they have no answer simply they will say vacant team is working on that and sometime they disconnect the call. i want to know how many days it take to get foreclosure letter its already 2 month.

After raising the request also IIFL team is not working. please check recording if you are doing.

Hi, Till now i didnt get any response from IIFL bank for my forclosure letter.i have raised the request on 24ryh april.

I have raise my concern here 3 times but there are not responding.

My name is jitendra kumar and i am a customer of iifl with a home loan account# 47948 and one topup loan account #54861 which is currently running. They have the worst ever service I am experiencing. We have requested for Foreclosure letter for both the loan accounts. We have got service request number also with request to that. But when we called to their customer care they are telling there is no request raised. They are raising by themselves which we can not track. It is getting very hard to trust them. We are loosing our patience and regretting on the day when we went for IIFL. They dont have any tracking system even customer feedback.suppose by mistake they will pick the call after 5 to10 min, they will take our information after that they will put on hold after that they will cut the call or if we will raise the request for call back same thing they will put on hold after 10 minute they will cut the call..in this case how we can contact to IIFL.
