Not refunding full fees as per govt rules

My son,Prateek Saini got admission in IILM Institute for Higher Education Gurgaon and deposited Rs. 90000/- vide receipt No. 16703 dated 17.12.2009.Prateek Saini informed the Institute regarding withdrawal on 31.05.2010 ,one month before the starting of the course and requested to refund the fees deposited after dedudting Rs. 1000/- as per Govt. of India ministry of HRD and AICTE rules.Institute refunded only Rs. 45000/- vide cheque no.000226...

Not getting result

I am not getting my 1st semester's Re-appear result till now. plz help me as soon as pos
