iit delhi — Stray dog bites

I have been bitten by a stray dog yesterday i.e. 30 Dec 15 inside IIT campus. This is not first time someone has been bitten by a stray dog in campus. Since last 4 to 5 months such incidents have become very frequent. Head of security also circulated a notice, reference number 2015HSEC450 dated 18.090.2015, about the same. But I doubt any measures have been taken to remove such dogs. I was just walking in the athletics field and the dog bit me from back and its a category three injury for which I had to take 5 injections yesterday and remaining 4 are due in coming days. Kindly arrange some stray dog catcher so that such dangerous dogs could be removed from campus at the earliest.
