Earlier i was working with sbicapsecurities as ME and i was trying to withdraw my pf since last 4years but my employee details are not properly updated on ikya portal
I tried your customer care number and call on one of mentioned number of one of nearest branch but the employee has no sense that how to behave or respond to the customers he directly refused to help. Please improve your customer service as well as teach your employees how to behave.
Request you to update the details and do the needful as its been a long time and its a little urgent.
