I have order the product and i received it the product is very bad and size is also different i want to return the product and give refund money to me you can show one in front and give it a different one this is not good i took the itam from you for the first time and found such behaviour you give a nice service if you have a good service you have the advantage

ILEX is my brand when it comes to luxe leather. They don’t promote themselves much but have to say their store provides the best of quality leather accessories and hi-end fashion leather bags for men and women alike. Usually bag stores focuses much on ladies section but ILEX has this whole range o[censored]nbeatable corporate products which has a class of its own. Best thing about the brand – its attention to finer details and sophistication of natural leather.

We bought a laptop bag from the Ilex London store at Quest mall in Kolkata worth Rs. 19600. The first thing we asked was, whether a 15.5 inch laptop would fit into it, and only when the salesperson assured us that it would, we bought the bag. However, when we tried to fit in the laptop in the bag, it turned out that the bag was smaller by at least a couple of inches. We asked the store for a replacement but they did not have anything else available in the desired size or design. The store then refused to give us a refund claiming that no assurance about the size of the laptop fitting in was made. The manager also told us that credit notes are processed through the head office after a complaint mail is sent. We sent an email on Monday before 5 p.m. but we yet to hear from them. Since Monday, the bag and the money is with Ilex London and they seem to be in no hurry to take any action. I would also like to highlight that they do not have a retail policy written anywhere on the bill, in the store or on the website. The policies are decided as per the whims and fancies of the management.
