We are residence of L-BLOCK DILSHAD GARDEN.
In our building complex one Shr. Rawat living in Flat no: L-51-C, is doing UNAUTHORISED construction in his flat which is harmful & dangerous for our safety . He is removing important support from the walls to make ballcony ( ILLEGALLY).
He is also preparing for his NEW LANTER, making new room on his roof, extending his floor area which will create extra burden on the building structure unecessary creating danger to other residence, CITIZEN living in the same building .
Therefore,
Kindly take action in public interest to stop this illegal construction urgently to safe the life of people. We lodged complaint in control room of SH/M.C.D at no : 22822700 Dt: 07/09/2014 complaint no : 1367.
but regret to said that till today no action is taken by your department kindly look after that.

The complaint made is uncalled for as its well within permissable limits and well inside the boundary walls of DDA and as per DDA byelaws.
Infact, after visiting the premises, its been found that construction done by you (L 47 B) is not only illegal and unauthorized but also posses serious threat to public life and security. Some of the notable findings/outcome are tabled below with respect to flat no L 47 B :-
1. Dangerous and illegal construction:In the findings, its been found that the kitchen extension done by the resident of possess serious threat to the shops underneath and the people visiting the shop as its been extended using iron rod that rest on the support of extended balcony of the neighbourhood. Pictures shared for your reference.
2. Security and Life Threat: Its been found that the concerned resident has made one more entrance to its house in addition to the original entrance gate. For this to happen, they have built walls from two side that originates from the ground of the compound area. The original wall of the DDA stairs have been removed. Notably, its been found this can be dangerous to people using the stairs especially to the children and old age people. The electrical wires going inside the common meter room have been buried inside the illegal lanter that could prove fatal to all the people living in the compound because of electrification especially during rainy season or otherwise too. Also, as a result of this extension any thief can easily enter the home premises of 2nd floor, possessing serious threat to unwanted robbery and security.
3. Blocking of Natural light and Air: The resident of L 47 B has made the construction in way that its blocking natural light and air of their neighbour and to made the situation worse they have closed the original DDA kitchen window of their neighbour.
Hence access yourself, before looking others and donot peep inside other house.
