Subject - illegal general store in residential area extended 6 feet towards the road causing traffic hindrances

With kindness we would like to lodge a complaint against unauthorised general store in a residential area becoming a hangout place for rowdy boys to enjoy cigarettes and spitting pan masala while staring at our daughters.
The store has become the cause of disturbance to the neighbourhood increasing environmental and noise pollution.
We would be highly obliged if our grievances and complaints would be taken care of as soon as possible.
