[Resolved] Imperia Structure Ltd Complaints — non payment of monthly interest

This company Imperia structures ahs a office at Mohan Co-operative, Delhi. It is a big nuisance now. I booked a commercial space in Imperia H2O with assured return. First year I got PDC for my assured return. Then now this year they say that they shall pay by ECS only. Till date they have not paid my monthly installment. Every time I call them they give me a new date. If at all someone receives the call he says that we can go to legal and file a case against company. All their responsible senior people - Mr. Anthony Mallik (CRM Head), Mr Jain - CFO and trying to fool public and have bad intentions. I am not the only one who is suffering, there are many more like me. Also they have till date not deposited TDS for Q4 FY2014-15.

Updated by Vikas Guliani They just say that complaint is resolved but the fact is that they are not willing to pay the money. They have just chopped off poor people pockets to increase their reserves. Directors must be punished by Court of Law.
