Sub — need full refund
We nilesh matere and mrs. Rakhee matere have taken package on 7-july-2019 requested for full refund and cancellation of our membership application to imperial cruise.
Reason for refund:
A. Got trapped by making false and misleading advertisements.
B. Making false promises and mentioned different on agreement.
C. Poor services
A) we attended imperial cruise services session at wakad, attracted by false advertisement of gift distribution program. The session is last for 1.45hr in that span you had suggested many tour and travels offers to us started from 2.90 lakhs for 30, 1.65 lakhs for 10 years. 1.10 lakh for 5 years you made many false promises and convinced us to choose a package for 5 years.
You told us that we don’t need to pay any amount for first 45 days and after my confirmation emi will start. You had given us a gift voucher, which you suggested to use in first 45 days. You promised us, after 45 days it was your responsibility to charge emi 2083/- per month for 5 years and if we are not happy with the service, we can stop emi any time.
B) but when i contacted bank they are saying there is no 60 month emi is available. Emi available is 36 month. For that they are taking 48648 interest on 36 month. And total we have to pay 158648 rs. For 36 month. Ideally for 36 month interest should be less. As per your agent amount for 60 month should not be go beyond 125000 (Including interest) then how come for 36 month total cost is coming 158648 (Including interest) these all the things agent never told us in our 1 hour conversation. This is a fraud and we are not agree to pay this amount.
C) till today 22 days has passed still i haven’t received any mail from your side regarding cancellation of service and refund for full amount. When contacted to you over the phone you kept me hold for 30 min then call got disconnected. When i come to your office on 14th july 2019 you told us that year end closing was there, our week off was there etc etc.
My question to you that being a so called international tours and travel company how come you can not respond to the customer saying that “we are having year end closing, our week off was there. This is totally unacceptable.
You can not serve us for these initial 22 day then how come you will be able to serve us for 5 years.

My wife is 6 month pregnant and in this situation its been really hard for us to take follow up with you and come to your office in this situation. Due to mental agony and sufferings by dealing with your team, we are not in condition to believe on any promises, even though if you assure us to give additional offers and facility.
I have already invested a lot of time, money, call and follow up with your so-called customer care team.

Because of all above reason we are requesting you to cancel all our membership and refund all our money.

My self Nilesh matere till now 32 days passed and still no response from your side regarding refund otherwise you will be solely responsible for punishment under section 89 in Consumer Protection Act - 2018, for making false/misleading advertisement, Unfair Trade Practices and Deficiency in Services
